What is the lead time for samples and normal order?

The lead time for samples is within one week, and the lead time for the normal order is around 45 days for new order and 35 days for repeat order.
Can I make a trial order of small quantity before I place a large order?

Sample orders are available for quality testing and market research. And the cost will depend on different situations; LUMI will offer free samples under certain conditions.

How can I receive monthly updates of LUMI new products?

LUMI released at least two new models each month and you can book the monthly updates from the sales representatives. It is also available to delete the updates that you are not interested in.
What kind of certification does LUMI have related to the environment and social responsibility?

LUMI attaches great importance to social responsibility. LUMI factory was BSCI certified and all the products were produced under the major international environmental directives such as RoHS.
What is UL Witness Test Data Program?

Investigations of products by UL typically involve testing of product samples. While UL maintains extensive test facilities, customers can also utilize their own or third-party test facilities. Through UL’s Witness Test Data Program (WTDP) tests may be conducted at customer or third-party test facilities under the supervision of UL personnel. ------UL

LUMI’s standard laboratory has officially acquired UL Witness Test Data Program (UL WTDP) lab certification by the end of 2011. In other words, the laboratory, physical resources, equipment, personnel and procedures that LUMI adopts are equivalent to what should be used in UL’s own laboratories.
